If you’ve never baked before, or if you want to sharpen your baking skills, our Basic Baking Workshops are just right for you. Learn how to make our signature cakes: Chocolate & Vanilla. Our never-fail recipes include not just the cake but the frosting as well.

In this workshop you will learn:

  • The art and science of baking.
  • How to prepare the batter for the cakes (Working with a partner).
  • How to prepare a pan for baking.
  • The Do’s and Don’ts of Baking.
  • How to make fillings: Chocolate ganache icing which you can use as a filling to sandwich the layers of the cake and caramel sauce. 

We will provide:

  • All ingredients to bake the cakes
  • Box to take the ready cakes home
  • Recipes 

You will need to bring:

  • Apron
