FOOD ALLERGY DISCLAIMER

Caramel Sweet Arts Cakes is NOT an allergy-free kitchen. We cannot guarantee that our products are free from any ingredient that may affect certain food allergies, but all efforts are made to minimize this risk. The following ingredients are used in our kitchen: Milk, Eggs, Nuts: Peanuts, Pecans, walnuts, almonds, cashews, coconut and Wheat Gluten. We recognize the seriousness of food allergies and we recommend that you contact us before you place an order to inform us if of any food allergies that you or your party may have.  
Caramel Sweet Arts will not assume any liability for adverse reactions to foods consumed or food items one may come in contact with while eating a product from our kitchen.

DELIVERY POLICY & MISHAP DISCLAIMER

There is a delivery charge which is based on the location of the delivery.
If you chose to pick up your cake, Caramel Sweet Arts will not be responsible for damage to any cake once it is picked up, so please make sure you plan ahead as to how you intend to transport it. Since every cake is a different size and shape, we do not typically have a sealed box to put it in. Make sure you have a clear, flat spot in your vehicle for transportation, ideally using a non-slip mat. We DO NOT recommend placing it on a car seat.

DEPOSIT & PAYMENT POLICY

A minimum of 50% deposit (unless other amount is agreed) is required for all cakes upon placing the order. Deposits are a nonrefundable and nontransferable payment and is made to ensure your date is secured in the calendar and to cover costs required to create your order.  Full payments must be made prior to the delivery or pick up of the cake.

Deposits can be made via bank transfer.

A deposit payment will be seen as an acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER

Any changes that are required must be made clear as soon as possible before the order is due. Please email/phone Caramel Sweet Arts as early as possible to ensure any changes can be actioned ASAP.

CANCELLATION POLICY

By the customer: If order is cancelled, your deposit is non-refundable, plus any and all expenses already incurred on behalf of the finished product.

CAKE STAND AND TOPPER HIRE POLICY

All stand hire will require a minimum QR100 RETURNABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT on top of the hire fee. Security Deposit will be refunded when ALL rental items are cleaned by the client and returned in the same condition in which they were received.
All hired items will be for a three (3) day period: the day of the event and up to two (2) days after. A late fee of QR 50 per day will be imposed for each day the items are returned late.
Assembly/Disassembly instructions will be provided with the stand if it is required.

OUR PRODUCTS

Products made by Caramel Sweet Arts are with the highest quality ingredients. They are made from scratch and are handmade, accordingly there will be minor variations in appearance. All photos, illustrations and descriptions displayed on the Caramel Sweet Arts website are for guidance purposes only.
Any cake ordered from a picture or photograph of a cake produced by any other cake maker can only be reproduced as Caramels interpretation of the design and will not be an exact reproduction of the cake in the picture or photograph.

COMPLAINTS:Because of their perishable nature, cupcakes are non-returnable.

In order for us to resolve any complaints quickly and to our mutual satisfaction, we advise you to make any complaint within 1 day of the date of delivery or intended delivery of your purchase. 
For Celebration Cakes you will need to return the cake to Caramel Sweet Arts for testing within 48hrs if the complaint relates to taste/texture/etc. If Caramel Sweet Arts agrees with the complaint after testing a suitable refund/discount will be offered.
All cakes require a signature on delivery/collection to say the customer is happy with the product they have received.

Acceptance of Cake upon collection/delivery

The customer will be asked to sign a sheet that will state the following: I confirm that this cake has been collected / delivered (delete as applicable) in good and undamaged condition. No responsibility can be taken by Caramel Sweet Arts for any subsequent damage once the cake has been handed over to the customer or venue. Caramel Sweet Arts will not be liable should the customer believe there are any problems with the cake once it has been accepted, this includes design, color etc.

STORAGE

All cakes/cupcakes should be stored at room temperature, out of direct sunlight on a flat surface. No preservatives or additives are used in Caramel Sweet Arts products therefore they should be treated as fresh food and should be consumed within 72 hours of the delivery/collection date.
